  The long story is that there was a leak in the crawl space. Always Rescue Plumbing was the first to respond and gave me a quote. As always, I looked around for multiple quotes. When it's all said and done, the quote from Always Rescue Plumbing was the most reasonable. During COVID times, I had additional questions about how long the job would take and how the repair would go. Daniel, who I assume is one of the owners because I can't imagine why any person would care about my inquiries so much, answered all my questions over a weekend. During the same weekend, I couldn't even get an appointment from other companies.
  On the day of service, their crew showed up on time, bright and early. They worked nonstop into the night to get everything fixed. Daniel showed up in the morning and again IN THE EVENING to check the work. Helped to finish up and clean up the site. He was the last guy sweeping the floor before they drove out. While patching up a wall, I saw Hugo put up sheetrock, and later decided to start over and do it right. Any given handy person putting up sheet rock at the very end of a job could have just plastered it over and called it a day. The fact that Hugo took more time to do that little part right gives me confidence that he and his colleague did the big stuff right, too. Carlos walked up with a piece of my old pipe, told me what he replaced, complete with photos as I requested.
